Bagyong Dante Update
At 4:00 p.m. today, June 9, 2013, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the center of Tropical Storm "DANTE" was estimated based on satellite images and surface data at 900 kilometers east of Basco, Batanes (21.0°N, 131.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kilometers per hour. It is forecast to move North Northeast at 11 kilometers per hour.
According to the weather news bureau forecast the tropical storm Dante wouldn't last inside the Philippine Area of Resposibility (PAR), nevertheless rainy days would be expected.
