Meanwhile, the 2014 Bar exam will be held on four Sundays of the month of October at the University of Santo Tomas (UST).
The Supreme Court announces that this year's examinees had increased from the previous year. Some 6,344 aspiring lawyers will take this year's exam compare to 5,593 examinees last year.
Last year Bar Exam yielded 1,174 passers which includes topnotcher Nielson Pangan of the University of the Philippines (UP) College of Law.
The examination will cover eight different subjects -- Political and Public International Law, Labor and Social Legislation, Civil law, Taxation, Mercantile Law, Criminal Law, Remedial Law, and Legal and Judicial Ethics.
Supreme Court Associate Justice Diosdado Peralta is the chairman of the bar examination for this year.
Some of the preventive measures that will be implemented this year is the prohibition of activities around the campus like the use of pedestrian and sidewalks around UST. Pedestrian overpass can also be used by the bar examinees alone on the examination dates.
Usage of transparent bags and zip locks is also implemented.
Likewise, the banned noise barrage on the last day of the examination is still implemented.
A barcode system will also be use for this examination.
