The eclipse last May 16, 2010 had came in a very unique appearance as the planet venus beautifulized the scene. The shot appears to have a happy smile with a single dot at the top.

The planet venus somehow stole the attention as it became more visible to the naked eye as the moon looses its shadow when our planet blocked the moon from the sun.

President Benigno Aquino III State Of The Nation Address ( SONA ) For 2010

As stated in Article VII, Section 23 of the 1987 Philippines Constitution:

The President shall address the Congress at the opening of its regular session. He may also appear before it at any other time.

President elect Benigno Noynoy Aquino III is scheduled to deliver his State Of the Nation Address before a joint session of Congress this year, 2010.

It is expected that president Noynoy Aquino will discuss his promises to the watchful Filipinos and to the observing foreign countries. His SONA is more expected to be focus on corruption matters among government officials.
