President Noynoy Aquino's SONA for 2010
President Benigno Aquino III State Of The Nation Address ( SONA ) For 2010

As stated in Article VII, Section 23 of the 1987 Philippines Constitution:
The President shall address the Congress at the opening of its regular session. He may also appear before it at any other time.
President elect Benigno Noynoy Aquino III is scheduled to deliver his State Of the Nation Address before a joint session of Congress this year, 2010.
It is expected that president Noynoy Aquino will discuss his promises to the watchful Filipinos and to the observing foreign countries. His SONA is more expected to be focus on corruption matters among government officials.

“Bagama’t may pasok, we encourage everyone na pakinggan ang talumpati (Although there will be classes, we encourage everyone to listen to the speech). It will be doable, it will not be something that is pleasing to the ears, it is something we must all hear," he said.

ReplyDeleteas a 6th grader,we had an assignment due to this SONA thing. kaso i didn't get it kasi we did not have a chance to watch/listen to it cause we had classes. problem din po samin yan. i think this day would have been a holiday,though.

Although it is necessary to watch/hear with regards the body of the creed SONA due day,still we can view it and hear it through accessing internet,and for those who haven't listening radio,viewing TV. Even if the details stated are incomplete because of selecting the best words by the MEDIA. The important is we'll know the point of it.

So let us be concerned and put our individual help with the delegated persons or administrator of our government. TAYO NA'T MAGTULUNGAN... We have to seize the day! So holiday is not really necessary.

I,as a student in the University of Cebu-Banilad Campus. Don't know the possible things may happen by next few days because of our abnormal weather among with in these months (Rainy Season). Meaning, there is a possibility for the classes to be suspended if that will happen due to floods brings by the typhon if there is. So while we're undergo with this good day,we have to ride with,or retain/continue our responsibilities. CARPE DIEM (Harapin ang Panahon).
HINDI ako nag nanasa na may mangyayaring floods o bagyo..... I refer it as an example.
