Photo Website's Lawyer - Getty Images' Filed Case Against Pacquiao's Camp

The Filipino boxing icon lost against Manuel Marquez on their latest fight, putting him on canvass that lead on a knock-out loss.

Pacquiao lied down while facing the boxing ring's floor for some time - like a ... well, someone who lost.

But if you think that's enough, a lawyer of a stock photo website is making a run against Pacquiao's camp. It seems that the lawyer of the website is looking for a sanction for Pacquiao.

What happened ?

The lawyer said that their photographer was attacked by Pacquiao's adviser Michael Koncz and co-trainer Restituto “Buboy” Fernandez after they saw him taking shots on the seemingly lifeless Pacquiao.

The lawyer had already sent a formal letter to Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC).

"We expect that you will take all appropriate actions against Mr. Pacquiao and his entourage, and expect that such will include a significant suspension period,” - was the most striking excerpt from Getty Images website's lawyer, Lizanne Vaughan.

Al Bello, the reporter who was reportedly had attacked said that he doesn't want the police to get involve in the incident, all he wanted is for the Pacquiao's entourage to admit their mistake.

Koncz and Fernandez have issued separate statements, offering their personal apologies to the reporter and said that everything was caused by misunderstanding.

“And if it was construed any other way, then he has my sincerest apology,” - Koncz said.

Fernandez had sought the help of Philboxing to send his apology to Bello.

“Please help me tell the gentleman involved in the incident that I am deeply sorry for what happened,” - “I did not mean any harm. My reaction was just a result of the heat of the moment.” - Fernandez said.

While Bello just want an apology - however, their lawyer doesn't seems contented with it.
