It's too early to declare the Philippine holidays for next year, yet, the Malacanang Palace had already released the official list of Philippine Holidays for 2013.
Anyways, there's nothing wrong with them announcing the official holidays since they are known to be pre-determined, like for say... Christmas day.
Throught the power of Presidential Proclamation No. 459, series of 2012, the regular and special holidays for next year has been officially declared.
