At 4:00 p.m. today, according to PAGASA, Tropical Storm "MARCE" was estimated based on satellite images and surface data at 240 kilometers West of Iba, Zambales (15.4°N, 117.6°E) with maximum winds of 85 kilometers per hour near the center center and gustiness of up to 100 kilometers per hour. It is forecast to move South Southeast slowly.

It is forecast to move West at 15 kilometers per hour.
