Bagyong Nando August 2013 Updates

Just like the saying, when it rain - it pours.

At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Depression "NANDO" was estimated based on all available data at 560 km East of Baler, Aurora (15.3 °N, 127.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour near the center . It is forecast to move North Northwest at 15 kilometers per hour.
