We all very excited for the upcoming fight of our own Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley on May 7 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.Publicity is an integral part of the fight since it catch viewers and especially sponsors.
Knowing this, Shane Mosley contributed something Filipino fans can talk about, he tweets talking about their fight -- in Filipino / Tagalog language that is.
Now that is something, right ?
Though this is not the first time me hearing Manny's opponent speaking in Filipino, but what great about this is, it is nothing offensive. What I recall is one of Pacquiao's opponent said "Talo ka Pacquiao", though he's the one who got loss that time.
But Shane Mosley's tweet is a little different, that he is looking forward to a good, clean fight with Manny Pacquiao.
The tweet reads: "i tumingin forward sa magandang malinis na laban. ako excited" which was tweeted last April 12 of this year.
"pagpapadala ibig at paggalang sa mga tao ng mga Philippines." Shane Mosley added.
Based on the tweets, I can personally say that Shane Mosley uses some kind of translator apps which resulted to a barok-style tagalog composed tweets.
