Is April 7, 2012 Declared As Holiday ?

Everyone is asking whether April 7, 2012 is a holiday or not.

Good news to all of us, April 7, 2012 is declared as an special non-working holiday by the president. Under the Proclamation No. 360 series of 2012, April 7, 2012 or the Black Saturday was declared as a holiday throughout the country.

This is really a practical way to do by Palace to save the employees to file a leave of absence or worst - to report to work on Saturday.

Below is the official excerpts from the declaration.
