COMELEC had already made an early proclamation because the top fourteen's vote counts were sufficient enough to ensure their seats. That means that the said party lists had taken at least two percent of the counted votes which made them eligable for a seat on the House of Representative. Below is the list of the proclaimed party lists in vote counts order.
1. Buhay (BUHAY HAYAAN YUMABONG)
2. A Teacher (ADVOCACY FOR TEACHER EMPOWERMENT THROUGH ACTION COOPERATION AND HARMONY TOWARDS EDUCATIONAL REFORMS)
3. Bayan Muna
4. 1-Care (1ST CONSUMERS ALLIANCE FOR RURAL ENERGY, INC.)
5. Akbayan (AKBAYAN CITIZENS’ ACTION PARTY)
6. AKB (AKO BICOL POLITICAL PARTY)
7. Abono (ABONO PARTY-LIST)
8. OFW Family (OFW FAMILY CLUB, INC.)
9. Gabriela (GABRIELA WOMEN’S PARTY)
10. COOP-NATCCO (COOPERATIVE NATCCO NETWORK PARTY)
11. AGAP (AGRICULTURAL SECTOR ALLIANCE OF THE PHILIPPINES)
12. Cibac (CITIZENS’ BATTLE AGAINST CORRUPTION)
13. Magdalo (MAGDALO PARA SA PILIPINO)
14. An Waray
Exactly 111 hopefuls are competing to a total of fifty eight seats for party list on the House of Representatives for this midterm polls.
Anyone asking on how come that vote counts for senators were already completed while party list votes weren't yet, considering that they both came from the national vote collection?
This is because the COMELEC which is also the official poll body had decided to went ahead with the senate counts while the tallying of votes for the party list were left behind. This decision enables the COMELEC to proclaim the winning senators as early as three days after the election.
More updates will be posted after this line should a new list of proclamation had released.
