The very controversial (exags adj) is about to celebrate his 50'th birthday on January 27, 2011. With this he had made it public that he is planning to celebrate it on Quirino Grandstand.It can be recall that the Quirino Grandstand on luneta park is the place where many Philippines presidents took their inauguration namely: Quirino, Magsaysay, Garcia, Macapagal, Marcos, Ramos and Aquino III. Presidents Estrada and Arroyo also delivered their inaugural speeches on Quirino Grandstand.
Willie Revillame is always announcing on his Willing Willie show that he is planning to give 20 cars and a house and lot. Though the cars wasn't elaborated if the are brand new or not, though it doesn't really matter since it's free.
The house and lot is also said to be given away courtesy of his politician friend Manny Villar. There are reports that three house and lots will be given on Willie's birthday.
This really is something to wait for. With this, it is expected that hundreds of thousands of hopeful Filipinos will surely rush to Revillame's birthday to get their chances.
On my opinion, come to think of it, many hate this controversial celebrity but giving cars and house and lots (please take note of the plural form there) is really something for a person to give. This is not all about publicity, because you should really have that great desire to organize the giving of cars and house and lots.
He left abs-cbn but the bottom line is, he's actually and undeniably helping his fellow Filipino's that no other celebrity has done.
