At 4:00 p.m. today, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration or PAGASA, the center of Typhoon "HUANING" was located based on satellite images and surface data at 1,150 km east of Itbayat, Batanes (21.6°N, 134.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 210 kilometers per hour. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 20 kilometers per hour.
