She arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport before Thursday midnight aboard Etihad flight 428 from Abu Dhabi according to a report from GMA's morning show Unang Hirit.
Another confirmed report said that she was accompanied by her real-life boyfriend, actor Richard Gutierrez.
It can be recall that the Kapuso network had filed an 8.5 million lawsuit against Lahbati last January by lawyer and GMA Network executive Annette Gozon-Abrogar after she posted several tweets on her account.
Reports said that the actress did not complete her obligation from the network as stated on her exclusive contract which started on February 22, 2010 and would have to end on February 21, 2015.
On defense, the actress said that she left the network because she said that the network is taking advantage on small artists like her. According to Lahbati's claim, she was not getting paid on several projects that she made from the network.
"I should be the one filing a case against GMA Artist Center, I finished filming two movies and didn't get paid, I still have collectible cheques from guesting in different shows and out of town shows since 2010 that are UNPAID." - Lahbati said.
