The late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel display a statue of Michael Jordan on his Jimmy Kimmel Live that appears to be errorneous.People are wondering on why was this Machael Jordan statue is wearing a wrong jersey, which was spotted on his show. Reports said that this statue is personally owned by Jimmy Kimmel hinself which he bought for $650 a few years ago from a guy who traded car parts.
However, the buzz started when people noticed that the statue, which depicts to be the popular iconic Michael Jordan is wearing a wrong number on his jersey.
The jersey read, "BULLS 32", but it has been known to the history that Michael Jordan never wore number 32 on his entire basketball carrer.
Michael Jordan wore number 23 on the majority of his carrer, and on some occasions also wore number 45 - on his comeback, wore number 9 for the 1984 and 1992 Olympics, wore number 12 - once because of jersey mishaps. But he never wore
The eact reason of the worng number can't determine though because the creator of the statue is unknown. However, it is assumed that the creator played the jersey because it is illegal for US law to copy the Bulls jersey.
Anyway, online photo shows that this case isn't isolated as it can be seen several statue that wore the wrong number.
