The Azkals' most popular player, the Filipino - British hearthrob, Phil Younghusband has suffered a seems-serious hamstring injury on his right leg during the game.

On a report, Phil Younghusband felt a pulled hamstring that snaps in his right leg during the game, held at the Ulan Bator Stadium in the cold Mongolia on Tuesday.

Phil Younghusband felt the pain on the 65th minute of the game.

Phil Younghusband had already returned to Manila, Philippines to get his leg checkup after being treated by the Azkals' physical therapist.

Anyway, here's the latest update from Phil himself about his injury on his twitter account:

What is Hamster Injury ?

WIkipedia said:
"In human anatomy, the hamstring refers to one of the three posterior thigh muscles, or to the tendons that make up the borders of the space behind the knee."

It looks like Phil Younghusband's muscle on the hamstring part got stressed too much that it gave up while it's on it's stense use.

We just hope that the injury of the key player for our team is not that serious, that he would recover very soon.
