Janelle Manahan on her SONA - State Of the Nation Address, said that sometime on December 30, 2011, just before the leaked scandal video of her and Ramgen Revilla, Janelle Manahan said that a private message was sent to her from Reuben Bautista that a sex video will be uploaded on the internet if she continue to testify against the Revilla siblings regarding the murder of Ramgen Revilla.

The survivor, Janelle Manahan, on her SONA on GMA network via Jessica Soho said that her counsel, Agree Guevarra, has sought the help of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group's (CIDG) Anti-Transnational and Cyber Crime Division in Cramp Crame to invistigate Ramgen Revilla's siblings as the prime suspect who uploaded the scandal video online.

Janelle Manahan further named her suspects as Gail Bautista, Ramona Bautista, Ramlynn Bautista, and Reuben Jesse Bautista, as well as their mother, Genelyn Magsaysay. It can be recalled that her late boyfriend's family has admitted to have the possession of Ramgen's laptop, in which very likely where the scandal video was saved.

On a separate inteview, Manahan's lawyer - Attorney Argee Guevarra, said that Ramona "Mara" Bautista mastermined the uploading of the scandal video on the internet.

“Batay sa aming pagmo-monitor noong pumutok ang sex video at in-upload ito sa YouTube, ang mga IP addresses umano ay galing pang Europa. At alam naman natin kung sino sa pamilya Bautista ang nasa Europa ngayon. Walang iba kundi si Mara Bautista,” - Atty. Guevarra said on an interview via abs-cbn's THe Buzz last Sunday.

Gail Furuyama, another sibling of Ramgen, was also pointed to have uploaded the video according to Janelle Manahan's another lawyer, Atty. Luke Espiritu. He noted that a youtube user named "gillespiegen" which was created November 2011 - which name can be easily decrypted as - Gail spying on Ramgen.

“May mga YouTube account na na-create bago pa kumalat ang sex video. Ginamit lang precisely for the purpose of spreading the sex video,” -Atty. Espiritu further said.

If proven guilty, Ramgen’s mother and siblings will be liable for violation of Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009 which is incidentally authored by the victim's, Ramgen Manahan, half-brother, Senator Bong Revilla Jr.
