  30. Good afternoon. This is Virna Liza O. Bogador from Lipa Batangas.
I just want to comment and have a formal complaint to a consultant who's name is Arnel Gagala (window 7- consultant for teachers). I was treated rudely by that consultant (not only me, as well as those people that surround me there who are inquiring as well. We don’t even express bad non-verbal expression but while waiting to get our ticket for oath taking my friend was told by Mr. Gagala that "Yan miss naunahan ka tuloy ng iba hindi mo kasi agad dinala yung 1 x 1 picture mo. Hindi kasi kami pwedeng tumigil dito. Kaya yan ngayon nghihintay ka." What would be the problem of this consultant? We are there PATIENTLY WAITING for him and we knew that its my friend’s fault because she did not bring the picture in the first place but we are there waiting. We just ignored that. The second time, I was instruct to fill up necessary information, I did that and carefully fill up all the necessary information needed and then I passed it to him. When he looked at the back of the page he said "Tsk, hindi mo finil-up-an yung likod," I was offended by that attitude and I just said in return "Hindi mo kasi sinabi" and then he said "Ang mga ganyan tinitingnan ang likod" , yah but the point would be I was instruct to fill up only the first page, I was not told about it and in fact he can say that in a nice way. I know all people are getting tired but the attitude that he showed me was not an excuse. When he said that I did not reply and instead do what is asking for to do. After that when I passed it again to him he said "Sorry miss ha kung hindi ko sinabi agad!' That line was thrown to me rudely...very very rude and I just answered "Tapos na po ba to?" he has no reply. I repeated that again "Ok na po ba to" he replied "Oo." After that I sat at back waiting for my friend's application to be processed. Then he said to my friend "Ok na ba to, nye, nye, nye, bastos!" He was referring to me because my friend told me that Mr. Gagala is imitating my reactions. I just found out when I asked somebody there about it that they we retreated rudely too. Someone had an inquiry about the units (18 units) in education and that Mr Gagala replied "meron bang Bachelor of 18 units?" See, they were treated badly as well. Public service should not be like that as far as I know because I am working as a customer service consultant as well. I know all the rights of the customer with regards to enquiring. He should have been patiently asking those informations. In addition to that, I was informed by one of your employee that there are lots of people complaining on Mr Gagala's attitude but there are no actions provided because you work as a team. We know that, but I hope Mr Gagala will be coach on how to treat a person in a right way because he is working in a public service. He should not be so rude because as I have investigated he is a graduate of Education as well. I just really hope a response on this email. Just email me at kyoshimi19_lyzanrhev@yahoo.com.ph.
A response from you will be appreciated. Thank you!

  31. Hi Virma, first of all, putting a name on a complain contributes on its credibility. Please be informed that your complain is fully noted and I assure you that your message will remain on this blog as long as I'm alive, and that it will remain online for the public to see.

However, I tried searching his name but unfortunately, I didn't found any information about his person or anywhere where I can forward your complain.

Anyway, I don't think that there's something we can do about this even if we send it to proper authority. His worst punishment (as I can see it) is a plain verbal coaching from his immidiate superior, as he wouldn't most likely to get fired with that ground.

That's what separate us from the animal. Sometimes, we want to kill someone (or at least hit in the face), some persons which we want to sexually abuse, some persons which we want to have revenge with. Though we knew that they deserve this things, but as I said, that's what separate us from animals, much more for a PROFESSIONAL like us.

Bad slash negative slash stupid people crams around us, I personally and presently working on some right now, but I remain very proactive.

    That's life, let's move on.

Happiness is not a situation, it's a choice.

By the way, congratulations po Miss Virna Liza O. Bogador :)

  32. gud pm sir, wt will be the solution f i missed my oathtaking? how will i get the important papers?

  33. Ms. Virna Liza O. Bogador, you are right. The PRC personnel are really rude even on phone calls. I have been calling their office and the person there just lifted the receiver, ended the call, and hung up so that when I redialled, it's already busy.If they are that busy, can't they say that in no more than 10 seconds? Are our public servants really this UNEDUCATED ? I hope this people will learn their lesson soon. God, can't imagine that the tax I am paying is feeding these kind of employees who cannot even deliver good public service back to me. I hope someone have the courage to make a fan page on facebook where we can post our experiences with public office employees. I have been encountering such rude employees in my every visit to public offices. Their system is chaotic and they will throw the consequences back to you. Gosh!
