It's not a typo, Philippine President Benigno Noynoy PNoy Aquino III's State Of the Nation Address - SONA 2012 justs costs the country three million pesos.

The whole preparation had eat three million to host the yearly constitutional responsibility of President Aquino.

As stated in Article VII, Section 23 of the 1987 Philippines Constitution:
The President shall address the Congress at the opening of its regular session. He may also appear before it at any other time.

According to presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda, the president had spent the whole Saturday in rehearshing his SONA for Monday, June 23, 2012.

“I can safely say that he will be working on the speech today [Saturday] and he will hopefully have the time to rest tomorrow [Sunday] for Monday’s state of the nation” - the spokesman said on an interview.

Presidential Communication secretary Ramon Carandang on a separate interview said that the president will wear a Barong Tagalog on his speech before the Filipinos.

Meanwhile, several classes on schools within the vicinity of the event had been cancelled due to expected heavy traffic.

On the other hand, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that though no tropical storm will exists on the SONA 2012 day, a rainy days will surely hit Luzon.
