As of its name, bagyong Bebeng is the second storm signal that came on our country. We believed that it is about time that a storm should come to compensate from the severe heat we have experienced from the past months.
This will at least break the heat to cool off us all, human, animals and plants. For all of us, let's all welcome this storm with smile.
Let's all enjoy the cold weather!
