Typhoon Chedeng To Hit Land
Philippines - Bagyong Chedeng with an international name of Songda has observed to gain its destructive power and feared to pass Bicol region and eastern Visayas, said PAGASA weather bereau.
Yesterday's bulletin update of PAGASA, 5pm, bagyong Chedeng was last detected on the stellite imagery at 310 kilometer east of Catarman, Northern Samar with a maximum sustained winds of 130 kilometers per hour near its center and gustiness of up to 160 kilometer per hour.
Bagyong Chedeng direction is northwest at a speed of 15 kilometer per hour.
Storm Chedeng is expected to hit the Philippine soil on Friday at around two in the afternoon, 2pm, in the vicinity of Aurora and Isabela.
