Bagyong Kabayan Is Now An Official Tropical Storm

Bagyong Kabayan, Typhoon Kabayan, Storm Kabayan Update

Bagyong Juaning had now exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility, PAR, but before we can all rejoice, another tropical storm has been officially confirmed by PAGASA.

Bagyong Kabayan (typhoon kabayan), was confirmed by satellite images and seen at 890 kilometers East of Catarman, Northern Samar. Though the newly formed tropical storm was not expected to create much disturbance on the Philippines based on the typhoon's current trajectory path.

It is forecasted to leave (or been dissolve) the Philippine Are of Responsibility without landing on Philippine soil.

The first weather bulletin of Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration PAGASA has been released 30 minutes ago, at around 5am.
