AUGUST 21, 2012 UPDATE
At 4:00 am today, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, Typhoon "IGME" was estimated at 380 East of Aparri, Cagayan (19.7°N 125.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 160 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 195 kilometers per hour. It is forecast to move North at 11 kilometers per hour.
