Most probably, you knew the comedian Jose Manalo. He's the popular guy who is making us laugh during the noon time show - Eat Bulaga with his partner Wally Bayola during the Sugod Bahay segment of the leading noon time show.

But a recent controversy about the comedian Jose Manalo is no laughing matter.

Yesterday on ABS-CBN showbiz talk show The Buzz, Jose Manalo's wife, Annalyn Manalo, had made an interview revealing that Jose Manalo had left her and their children with another woman, a much younger woman.

Annalyn Manalo said that she already knew that his husband, Jose Manalo, is having an affair since last year but she kept it on herself for the sake of their childrens.

Sa pagkakaalam ko, at alam na alam na naming lahat, mayroon at marami na rin akong pruweba na totoo nga ito, totoo ngang may babae siya. Totoo pong inabandona kami.

"Umalis siya January 6 this year, pero yung mga bagay na ito, alam ko na last year pa.

"Since January alam ko na ang nangyayari, tinitiis ko lang lahat ito para sa mga bata.

"Actually, may mga text siya sa akin hanggang January 3 na, 'Mommy mahal kita. Mommy I love you.'

"Iyon ang sinasabi niya sa akin kahit alam ko ng mayroong nangyayari.

"Tinitiis ko lahat yun para sa mga anak ko dahil mahal nila ang daddy nila."

Jose Manalo's wife, Annalyn Manalo also said on the interview that his husband is mudding her name with his co-workers and friends.

Wala akong mahingan ng tulong. Binan kami sa Broadway.
"Nagpalit siya ng telephone number niya, hindi namin siya ma-contact."

It can be recalled however that Jose Manalo's wife, Annalyn Manalo, the same woman on the interview got herself into a multi-million jewerly scam lawsuit which forced Jose Manalo to take a leave of absence on Eat Bulaga to spare the show from the controversy. Jose at that time defended Annalyn saying that she is not a swindler.

Going back to "The Buzz" interview - when asked about her message to her husband, Annalyn said.

“Gusto ko sabihin sa ‘yo na mahal na mahal kita. Ginawa ko to dahil sobrang sakit na ng nararamdaman ko para sa mga anak ko,” was her last statement.

On the side note, Jose Manalo had just recently made a block buster concert last Sunday with Wally Bayola. That is why some nitizens questioned on why did Annalyn surface just now. Is the rival network just using her to dethrone Jose Manalo.

Yahoo! Philippines had listed "Jose Manalo" as the second most trending for today after Enchong Dee. We are not sure however if this trending crown was because of his successful concert or because of the alleged "iwanan" issue.
