Bagyong Lando - Typhoon Lando Update

The first weather bulletin of Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Service Administration, PAGASA, for bagyong Lando has been released earlier today at five in the morning.
According to PAGASA office, Lando has been developed as an active Tropical Depression that appeared suddenly inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, PAR.
According to PAGASA, tropical Depression "LANDO" was estimated at 280 kilomters West of Sinait, Ilocos Sur (17.2°N 117.7°E)with maximum winds of 45 kilomters per hour near the center. It is forecast to move North Northwest slowly.

According to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration office, tropical depression Lando was decreased into a Low Pressure Area (LPA) while bagyong Kabayan is on its way to exit the Philippines Area of Responsibility, PAR.
The two weather disturbances are too far and to weak to directly affect any part of the country.
Estimated rainfall amount considering the two weather activities is from 10-25 millimeters per hour within the 800 kilometers diameter of the typhoon.
