Earlier, TV Patrol news program said that it is too early to announce that there will be no classes for tomorrow on any school level. DepEd NCR assistant director Rizalino Rosales said everyone must wait for the official announcement tomorrow, Wednesday, at four in the morning.
Though we are currently on top of typhoons inside Philippine Are of Responsibility (PAR), the weather can change overnight and no reliable instrument can predict the weather even as close as tomorrow.
However, tv patrol news anchor Noli de Castro said that if the parents thinks that it is dangerous for their kids to go to school, it is them to decide whether they will allow their kids to go out or not.

The DepEd said that PAGASA predicted that the amount of rainfall today will only be half of yesterday's volume.
This means that all classes at all levels will be resume today - National Capital Region, NCR.
