At 4:00 p.m. today, June 15, 2012, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), tropical storm "BUTCHOY" was estimated based on satellite images and surface data at 500 kilometers east southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.4°N, 130.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 110 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 140 kilometers per hour. It is forecast to move west northwest at 11 kilometers per hour. Southwest monsoon affecting Luzon.

It is forecast to move north northwest at 15 kilometers per hour. Southwest monsoon affecting Luzon.

It is moving North Northwest at 20 kilometers per hour. Southwest monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
