At 4:00 p.m. today, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the center of Tropical Storm "DINDO" or Bagyong Dindo was estimated based on satellite images and surface data at 140 kilometers North Northeast Aparri, Cagayan (19.7°N, 122.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kilometers per hour. It is forecast to move west northwest at 19 kilometers per hour. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.

It is forecast to move west northwest at 19 kilometers per hour. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Western Visayas.
