Tropical Depression Ramon Confirmed To Had Entered Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR)

Yes, it is now official, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) had announced that a tropical cyclone had appeared inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
PAGASA weather bulletin was updated earlier at five in the afternoon as Bagyong Ramon was declared today, October 10, 2011.
According to PAGASA, tropical storm Ramon was spotted 560 kilometers East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur and has the maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour near the center - forecast to move West at 15 kilometers per hour.
As of this writing, public storm warning signal number one which has 45 to 60 kph winds was raised to four provinces, namely:
Surigao Del Norte
Siargao Island
Surigao Del Sur
Dinagat Group of Islands
The said tropical depression was forecasted to move above Philippine soil so we can expect that it would weakens as it progress on its path towards the land.
