Ramona Bautista Handed Recorded Video Before Leaving To Hong Kong, Turkey
Ramona Bautista, sister of the murdered Ram Revilla Bautista had escaped the country and put herself farther from the local authorities' reach as she fly on Turkey to her husband. It can be recalled that Ramona Bautista married at the age of 19 to a Turkish national, an incident which her father, Ramon Revilla Sr. got dissapointed on.
Ramona first left the Philippines last November 4, 2011 going to Hong Kong and moved farther to somewhere the Philippine government had no legal connection with.
The problem of the Philippine authorities is that Turkey has no extradition treaty with the Philippines. Extradition agreement is when a certain country will have to hand over the persons that are staying on them to the requesting country because of legal reasons.
However, before leaving the country, Ramona Bautista had an interview on ABS-CBN correspondents and then she gave them a recorded video statement about her involvement on Ramgen Bautista's (Ram Revilla) murder case.
