The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration or PAGASA had issued their weather bulletin at 5pm, November 05, 2011.
At 2:00 p.m. today, November 05, 2011, the Shallow Low Pressure Area (SLPA) being monitored was estimated based on satellite images and surface data at 330 kilometers East Northeast of Borongan, Eastern Samar (12.5°N, 128.5°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting the entire country.
PAGASA further said that no official tropical cyclone that exists within Philippine Area of Responsibility or PAR.
