Bagyong Mina - Typhoon Mina strengthen today, August 26, 2011 as it reaches public storm signal number four with the winds of greater than 185 kilometers per month.

As of 2pm today, the center eye of storm Mina was locate at 150 kilometers Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora.
