NLE Passers July 2011 Registration Schedules

The PRC Board of Nursing (BoN) via Honorable Marco Antonio Sto. Tomas on Facebook has released the Registration Schedule for NLE licensure passers last July 2011.

The schedule currently available is for Manila (NCR) and Pampanga passers only. The NLE July 2011, registration starts September 1-15, 2011, weekends not included at the VTech Tower, Araneta Avenue, Quezon City.

Please make sure that you would bring these things.
Requirements

1. Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal. Download the official / updated form here.
2. Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula).
3. Two (2) pieces passport size pictures with name tag (for Oath Form and Certificate of Registration).
4. One (1) piece 1”x1” picture in plain background with complete name tag (for Registry of Professionals).
5. Two sets of metered documentary stamps (for Oath Form and Certificate of Registration).
6. One (1) short brown envelope with name and profession.
