The list below is the Pinoy Big Brother Season 4 or the PBB Season 4 audition schedules and venues as released.

Metro Manila - March 4 - SM Mall of Asia Music Hall (Line will start at Planetarium Parking, SM Mall Of Asia Complex) 8am to 3pm; bring valid ID
Pangasinan - March 10 - SM City Rosales
Camarines Sur - March 16 - SM Naga
Davao - March 19 - Gaisano Grand Mall, Tagum City
Laguna - March 24 - SM City San Pablo
Legazpi City - March 26 - Embarcadero de Legazpi
Bacolod - April 6 - Gaisano City Bacolod Supermall
Ormoc - May 28 - Gaisano Capital, Ormoc Riverside 8 AM to 3 PM
June 4 - Cebu (Gaisano Grand Mall & Basak Lapulapu Mactan)
Iligan - June 10, St. Michael’s College Auditorium (Main Campus)Quezon Ave.
Zamboanga - June 15
Batangas - July 16, Lipa City Colleges
Quezon City - July 30, Robinson's Fairview
Tokyo - August 21, Tokyo Sumida-Ku, Kyojima, 1-38-110 Hikifune Bunka Center, 10am - 5pm

As we can see on the schedule dates and venues, the audition venues will take place locally, here in the Philippines as well as abroad. That would mean that the possibility of having mixed Filipino race contestants would be expected for this season.
