What is Coca-Cola Recipe Secret ?

There has been a big buzz that is going on the online community right now. The breaking news said that the soft drinks giant, Coca-Cola, had unveiled it's secret ingredients by someone through publishing a handwritten notes.

This handwritten notes was reportedly belong to the inventor of the Coca-Cola recipe, original. Some said that it was originally belong to his bestfriend.

Here's the photo which was reportedly published way back 1979 in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that reportedly shows the original recipe for Coca-Cola.

Anyway, here's an extract from that notebook.

Fluid extract of Coca 3 drams USP
Citric acid 3 oz
Caffeine 1oz
Sugar 30 (it is unclear from the markings what quantity is required)
Water 2.5 gal
Lime juice 2 pints 1 qrt
Vanilla 1oz
Caramel 1.5oz or more to colour

7X flavour (use 2oz of flavour to 5 gals syrup):
Alcohol 8oz
Orange oil 20 drops
Lemon oil 30 drops
Nutmeg oil 10 drops
Coriander 5 drops
Neroli 10 drops
Cinnamon 10 drops

No one actually knew the accuracy of this handwritten notebook. And I am pretty sure that the Coca-Cola will not affirm anything about this.

The question is, was there really something to talk about or is it just a plain advertisement agenda that the Coca-Cola company started themselves for their own benefit, because what I can see here is that they are receiving free advertisement from all types of media.
