What's the cause?
The matinee idol was brought to the St. Luke's Medical center due to fever and a swollen hand at around seven in the morning.
According to his publicist, the "Juan dela Cruz" lead actor felt ill due also to fatigue. It can be recall that Coco Martin had endorsed senatorial candidate Edgardo "Sonny" Angara. He was also among the top celebrity endorser of a congressman on Aurora province with Sarah Geronimo.
As of posting, reports said that Coco Martin was already in stable condition and had already proceed to film the remaining sequences of "Juan dela Cruz" inspite of doctors' advice for a revise food intake and rest.
Aside from participating from political campaigns, Coco Martin also took part in the promotion of the upcoming series "My Little Juan" - a spin-off project of "Juan dela Cruz".
