The cover shows Jennylyn sitting on the sand beach wearing only a flesh-colored pantyhose with her arms covering her healthy breast.
The photo was taken by one of Manila's most in-demand photographers, BJ Pascual.
Jennylyn first appeared on the magazine's cover on its January 2008 issue, then on November 2009.
She's already a mother, yet she proved to be hot enough for the FHM people to put her to their front page.
