Willie Revillame & TV5 - Contract To End

A confirmed news had revealed that Willie Revillame will not be renewing his contract with television network TV5 should his show ends in October 2013.

The producer and host of the noontime show Wowowillie had made the announcement himself during the show. Revillame said that some of the reasons were personal, the cause of him not renewing the Wowowillie contract.

It can be recall that Willie Revillame's show on TV5 had underwent some major changes since he moved on TV5. First, the show's title was "Willing Willie", then it reappeared as "Wiltime Bigtime" after it got suspended by MTRCB - the show's current title is "Wowowillie" and was moved on the noontime slot and was also moved on a new studio.

It seems that Willie Revillame's shows in TV5 were not that profitable - the very reason why he doesn't have any plan of renewing his contract anymore.

So what will happen to Willie and her current casts?

The controversial host did not specifically mentioned any future plans in keeping his staffs employed, he however hinted that he may appear on another show in the future.

"Kapag may nagsara na bintana, may magbubukas na pintuan. Basta mag-e-enjoy pa rin tayo," - Willie said.

On the side note - rumors that he will be returning to abs-cbn was scrapped by abs-cbn's chief executive officer Charo Santos-Conchio on an interview.

"That's not true. We're not in talks with Willie Revillame. We're very happy with the ratings of '[It's] Showtime.' We're very happy with 'Showtime,'" - Charo Santos-Conchio said on an interview.

What will happen to Revillame?

Well, we may see him on another show - perharps on another network, or maybe - the next time we can see him is on politics. Anyone voting?
