Glennifer Perido Wins Award On Miss Tourism International 2014

Philippine representative to the Miss Tourism International 2014-2015, Glennifer Perido, was named Miss Tourism Metropolitan, an award equivalent to the second runner-up.

The Miss Tourism International was held on Kuala Lumpur, Thailand on December 31, 2014.

The said pageant was joined by 62 candidates representing their respective countries.

The other winners were Netherlands as Miss Tourism Global International, Thailand as Miss Queen of the Year and China as Miss Tourism Cosmopolitan International.

The Miss Tourism International is a beauty pagent which is always held on the new year's eve which aims to promote tourism as well as cultural exchange among the participating candidates.

Glennifer Perido is a 25-year-old registered nurse who came from from Tabuk City, Kalinga Province.
