The teen superstar, ABS-CBN's precious talent, appeared on the magazine cover with a more mature aura as she poses on Cosmopolitan January 2015 issue.
Some of the noticeable appearance of the actress is her trim abs, something which gathers many good reaction online. Her tanned skin was also noticed by many Filipino netizens, especially when she was used to be seen on the television with a more whiter complexion.
However, as much as the cover was perfectly done, some netizens critized the magazine by saying that their first model for the year was too young to be on the cover.
"She's too young for Cosmo" - said facebook user Mara de Lara, a comment that received 24 likes as of writing.
"Paano ba namimili ngayon ng ilalagay sa cover ng Cosmo? Fan votes? She's still too young for the cover." - facebook user Brian Villena said.
"Too Young for Cosmo Eeeerrrr...." - facebook user Lyean Estabillo said.
But the internet really is a place for every opinions after comments prasing the actress fairly floods the cosmopolitan post.
"Ganda ni kathryn!!! SUPER BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY! inggit lang ang iba jan." - facebook user Ashea Culejara said.
Kathryn Bernardo, who turned 18 years old March of last year was dubbed as the "girl in change" on the cover.
The actress will star-lead the ABS-CBN's upcoming modern version of "Pangako Sa 'Yo" soap opera together with her onscreen partner Daniel Padilla.
Cosmopolitan magazine is available on all magazine stand nationwide.
