User must have a valid account in order to use the full functionality of the intranet facility for accessing one's school information. In order to have an account, one must officially enrolled at the UST and only then he can proceed to the website online to activate his/her account.
To activate one's account, he would need to supply the following information:
1.) Identification Number
2.) Date of Birth
After the successful login, one must change his default password which is his birth date arranged in the mmddyyy format to ensure account security. If the password is forgotten, a user can use the "Forgot Your Password?" link function to fix it, just follow the instruction and the new password will be email to him on the email address he supplied upon enrollment, he then can change the generated password upon logging back in.
