SM Pampanga Shooting Incident, Raw Video
The incident happened last September 20, 2011.
According to the investigation of the Philippine National Police (PNP), a 13 years old boy (Jake Emerson Perez) shoot a 16 years old boy (Jonathan Salvador) before shooting himself on the head.
Reports said that the motive of the shooting is that the 13 years old boy shoot his boyfriend because of love related problems between them.
The incident happened almost a month ago but the news was revived because of the video footage that has becoming popular had been shared on the internet.
Based on the raw video of the SM Pampanga shooting incident, the gunner immediately died but the victim is still alive and that no one helped him to bring to the hospital nor be given any first aid or any kind of attention, not even by the policemen and mall officials who are all present on that day.
It can also be recalled that the incident happend after another shooting spree took place on SM North EDSA five days earlier. This is the very reason why the mall officials were being criticized to the second incident. "Is this how they handled crisis management?" , "Did they just learned anything from the first shooting incident?" , "Did the guards really are doing the job their supposed to do?" , "Is there any safe mall of SM?" - this are just the few questions arouse from this two embarassing incident.
The family of the victim expressed their heavy hearts after watching the raw video, seeing that their son is keeping to move his feet to ask for help.
Kung agad dinala iyan sa ospital e mabubuhay pa. Pinanonood lang nila, hindi nila natulungan,” Mrs. Araceli said, the grand mother of the victim.
The youtube video that was uploaded last for only 3 minutes, but the policemen and SM mall officials allegedly let the victim lying helplessly on the floor for about 10 minutes.
The victim's camp with their lawyer is still studying the video file for the cases they are about to file.
