Ramon after reaching public storm warning signal number two on seven provinces on Visayas and six provinces in Mindanao, tropical storm Ramon weakens and became Tropical Depression Ramon.

The reason is because tropical depression Ramon moved across the Philippine soil where it cannot pick up water strengths.

At 4:00 p.m. today, Tropical Depression "RAMON" was estimated based on satellite images and surface data at 70 kilometers Southwest of Romblon (12.2°N, 121.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour near the center. It is forecast to move Northwest at 15 kilometers per hour.
